Under the Detailed Description of the course on its read-more page, the total duration of the course is displayed. For example, the Grounding module has about 5 hours of TOTAL video content. This is the total duration of the recorded viodes for the course. You can view the videos at your own pace anytime, anywhere.
Validity is the period for which you can view the course. Typically for a course validity is 3 months from the date of purchase and for a bundle it is 6 months from the date of purchase.
Each course is divided into 5 to 10 sections, and each section has 4 chapters viz Video chapter, downloadable notes chapter, quiz chapter and quiz answers chapter. The sections and the chapters have to be accessed sequentially, they cannot be accessed out of sequence. Some sections may not have all the 4 chapters, a few chapters such as downloadable notes or quiz may not be present in some sections. The chapters are explained below:
Once you complete all chapters of a section you can go to next section.
- Video Chapter - Contains recorded video of the section which can be viewed at your convenience—pause, rewind, and replay as needed. Typically, the duration is about 30 to 45 minutes, though you may take as much time as you need. This flexibility is the key benefit of online learning—study at your own pace and in your free time.
- Downloadable pdf notes chapter - allows you to download the pdf course notes for the video. This allows you to take detailed notes on the downloaded material for future reference after watching video.
- Quiz Chapter – offers a multiple-choice questions (MCQ) type quiz for you to test your understanding of the section. Minimum pass marks are kept at 50%, but you can take the test any number of times to pass and improve your score by taking the test again.
- Quiz Answers Chapter – this chapter displays the answers to the quiz with explanations. You may take the Quiz test again and again to improve your score.
Once you complete all chapters of a section you can go to next section.
Once you complete the process of answering all quizzes for all sections correctly and passing all quizzes, you will be able to see a certificate with you name, course name, date of first generation of certificate etc. generated for you, which you can download and share on social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
